Despite a huge time difference, she was always available, which meant the world to me as I was planning a wedding while working full time and studying. She took the time to understand our vision and budget even before we signed anything, which no other planner had ever offered to do. When we arrived in Italy, she handled everything on the ground: taxis, train tickets, Wise accounts, VAT tips, guest transportation, a welcome dinner, and even an activity day for our group. She ran around party stores and ordered things locally to replace items that didn't arrive in time, always sending photos for our approval.
